Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Design Execution Project Manager located in Haverhill, OH. You will manage the design process, working one day a week on-site with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in project management, particularly in construction or design. Responsibilities include facilitating design reviews and tracking project deliverables, as well as ensuring communication among stakeholders.

Compensation ranges from $60 to $90 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in design and/or construction project management.
• Experience with data center design and/or construction preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from planning to issuance of construction drawings.
• Facilitate planning and kickoff workshops with stakeholders.
• Define and track deliverables from various parties.
