gpac is currently seeking an experienced Design Engineer Supervisor in Grapeland, Texas to lead a team of 8–12 design professionals developing safe and efficient steel joist and decking solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical oversight with team development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
Structural engineering or steel design experience.
Proven leadership and team development experience.
Strong engineering, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
