Framatome North America in Richland, WA invites you to join our mission to support nuclear energy with durable, safety‑focused engineering. In this role you will provide technical support across design, development, analysis, testing, and field tasks to help keep critical infrastructure running reliably.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering or technical field with 2+ years of related experience, strong problem solving, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical field required; 2+ years of related experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria.
• Good communication skills to convey detailed technical data and strong problem‑identification abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice in design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, and specifications execution.
• Plan and conduct routine technical or engineering assignments.
• Provide resolution to routine technical or engineering-related problems.

What You’ll Do Day-To-Day

• Provide technical support and advice in the areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, preparation of specifications, and execution of field tasks.
• Plan and conduct routine technical or engineering-related assignments.
• Provide resolution to routine technical or engineering-related problems.
• Develop and recommend procedures and methods.
• Evaluate, select and apply technical techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment in making adaptations and modifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Process Operations or Maintenance.
• Experience with pellet presses or walking beam sintering furnaces.
• Experience with spare parts management, interfacing with Maintenance Craft and Operations personnel.

What You’ll Bring

Total Rewards Package

• Salary: $80,168.40 - $90,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
