Job summary

You will plan, establish, and manage product design projects within the Design Engineering group, coordinating with Strategy Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing.

A strong engineering background and driving multiple teams to timely, high-quality delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 7–10 years leading projects with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Experience in manufacturing environment and product design
• Experience with project management software (MS Teams and MS Project)
• Strong influencing, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Communicate project objectives aligned to strategic goals and sponsor portfolio.
• Guide project teams, establish milestones, and align with customer needs across functions.
• Gather requirements, document, and secure stakeholder approvals.
• Convert requirements into tasks and prioritize for team members.
• Review schedules and coordinate resources to meet scope and budget.
• Manage project scope, costs, and change control according to approved baselines.
• Provide regular status updates, risks, and corrective actions to stakeholders.
