• Supports senior design/engineering leadership across a concurrent, multi-project portfolio.
• Coordinates design reviews, document control, standards governance, vendor processes, and project workflows.
• Owns drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, compliance trackers, and review documentation.
• Keeps multidisciplinary teams aligned so deliverables, comments, and actions move forward on schedule.
• Combines technical project coordination with executive support in a fast-paced, detail‑driven environment.
• Improves document accuracy, review efficiency, communication, and project execution across time zones.
• Ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, technically fluent, and able to drive follow‑through without constant supervision.
