Responsibilities

• Coordinate design reviews across a concurrent, multi-project portfolio.
• Manage document control, standards governance, vendor processes, and project workflows.
• Own drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, compliance trackers, and review documentation.
• Keep multidisciplinary teams aligned; ensure deliverables, comments, and actions move forward on schedule.
• Provide technical project coordination with executive support in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
