Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. is offering a Design Engineering Internship in Warren, NJ, hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) for a 10-week period from May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027.

Interns will work with the Business Architecture Solution Design team to understand processes and develop innovative solutions that enhance customer and employee experience. You will collaborate with underwriting, product, claims and operations teams, analyze workflows, and translate needs into requirements

Qualifications

• In the junior year, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Strong critical thinking, pattern recognition, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Design Engineering team in analyzing workflows and bottlenecks.
