Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Data Analytics or related field.
• Excellent communication, analytical, critical thinking and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with documenting business processes.
• Leadership or involvement in clubs/activities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong desire to develop a career in IT; strong problem-solving ability.
• High ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SQL Server, Excel VBA, R, or Python is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization is a plus.
• Understanding of data warehousing, analytics, reporting and pricing models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on cross-functional IT project(s) and present to management.
• Assist with requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design.
• Collaborate with SMEs to transform processes into digital solutions.
• Document user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Analyze data, identify challenges, and provide recommendations.
• Help enhance dashboards to monitor data and risk indicators.
• Participate in Agile and security-related learning activities.
• Engage in leadership-led workshops and networking events.
