Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Apopka, FL, is seeking a Design Engineering Intern to contribute to advanced RF/analog projects in the Advanced Cellular group.

You will gain hands-on experience with measurement analysis, simulations, and collaboration with engineers on real product development. Successful candidates are pursuing MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering with coursework in analog/RF design and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• Analog/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience

Responsabilidades

• Use AI tool to automate measurement analysis
• BAW Thermal Simulation with ANSYS
• Define BAW Resonator Ruggedness Test Plan
• Work with Test Engineer to do resonator level Power Limit Test
• Data Analysis for different resonators among different Filter Technologies
• Propose Resonator Ruggedness Limit condition in Filter Design

Skyworks' Design Engineering Internships are offered in our Advanced Cellular business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tool to automate measurement analysis

Required Experience and Skills

• Currently pursuing a MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• Analog/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience

Desired Experience and Skills

• Exposure to RF measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers preferred
• Software/Coding Exposure: ADS, AWR, FEM, HFSS, Momentum, Cadence, Dynamic Linkpreferred
• Prior experience using ANSYS preferred

Compensation

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $29.00 - $49.00 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $23.00 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
