Job summary

Linear is seeking a Design Engineer to drive creative initiatives across web and brand, blending design taste with strong frontend engineering. You will work with the Magic Team to craft interactive UI, animations, and production-ready experiences that communicate Linear’s story and product focus.

You’ll translate visual concepts from Figma into web-native interfaces, building end-to-end pages and landing experiences for a distributed, international team.

Qualifications

• Strong frontend engineering skills and experience building interactive UI.
• Experience building end-to-end websites and landing pages.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• A portfolio or Twitter profile showcasing a range of technical skills and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Build complex and interactive UI web/app experiences
• Build beautiful, responsive websites, landing pages, and internal tools
• Implement creative animations and interactions in code
• Translate visual design from Figma to web-native experiences
