Responsibilities

• Develop and detail mechanical designs in SolidWorks, including sheet metal components and assemblies.
• Apply DFM principles to ensure designs are practical to fabricate and cost-effective to produce.
• Support R&D efforts across new and existing product lines.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation: drawings, BOMs, part numbers, and change records.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and sales as part of the development team.
• Follow projects through production into the install phase, supporting manufacturing.
• Manage workload and deliverables with organization to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide creative problem-solving to design challenges across product lines.
