Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops design concepts for product while working independently or with other engineers.
• Develops designs and specifications of products to meet customer expectations as defined in project contracts.
• Develops designs integrating form, fit, function of components of a product.
• Utilizes DFA and DFM principles into design recommendations.
• Complete test plans to evaluate products.
• Extracts and analyzes engineering data with other engineers.
• Suggests improvements to documentation to support design.
• Interacts with materials, manufacturing, and assembly to ensure success of product design.
