Job summary

Swagelok Colorado | Casper | Albuquerque is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to collaborate with sales, fabricators, engineers, and management. You will draft assembly drawings in SOLIDWORKS, prepare quote documents, and maintain BOMs and routings for assemblies.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and effective communication with customers and the sales team. Qualifications include an engineering degree and SAP/MRP experience.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
• 2–5 years experience with SAP or similar MRP system.
• SOLIDWORKS, CAD, and P&ID knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft assembly drawings using SOLIDWORKS from customer input, specs and P&IDs.
• Create quote documents for customers.
• Communicate with sales team and customers on status and expectations.
• Develop lean manufacturing processes to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Create and maintain BOM and Routing documents for manufacturing.
• Manage projects through quoting and assembly with emphasis on continuous improvement.
