Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum is required.
• Experience with heavy-duty engine design or development is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design core engine components as part of a global valvetrain team.
• Design and promote new components and sub processes.
• Evaluate product design for reliability, durability, cost, and schedule.
• Apply NPI processes to conduct FMEAs and validation plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure program requirements are met.
