Ultra Clean Technology in Hayward, CA is seeking a Design Engineer II to support the design, development, and implementation of custom temperature sensing solutions for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing applications.

You will focus on temperature measurement products and assemblies, including thermocouples and other sensing technologies used in gas and liquid delivery systems, working with senior engineers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering field.
• 2-3 years of engineering design experience in semiconductor capital equipment, industrial instrumentation, thermal products, sensors, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Experience with temperature sensing devices such as thermocouples or RTDs is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Design and develop temperature sensing solutions using CAD software.
• Create drawings, assemblies, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Review specifications and ensure feasibility of design and application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
• Support prototype fabrication, testing, validation, and qualification activities.
• Assist manufacturing with troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
