Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Working experience in Engineering.
• Experience in polymers, composites, fabrication methods, coatings, castings, or machining.
• Developing project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills with people at all levels of the organization.
• Effective computer skills, including MS Office and MS Project.
• Developing skills to effectively lead a team.
• Able to handle most work-related issues, but exercise good judgment on when to request support.

Responsibilities

• Own small-scale projects and take them from concept to implementation.
• Provide technical expertise on production processes, issue resolution, and product support.
• Develop testing protocols and validate results.
• Establish production procedures, work instructions, QA matrices, and BOMs.
• Collaborate with vendors to establish quality expectations and costs when needed.
• Contribute on larger-scale engineering projects.
