You will provide project engineering support for international programs, develop industrialization schedules, and drive PFMEA processes to ensure quality and safety.

2+ years of engineering experience with a focus on project management.

Responsibilities

Lead project engineering for new international programs requiring product development or process introduction.
Create and maintain industrialization schedules to meet customer rate readiness and safety requirements.

Coordinate with design engineering, program managers, and production to ensure manufacturability.
Support production readiness reviews and capacity planning for new programs.
