• MS Office and MS Project skills.
• Developing skills to effectively lead a team.
• Able to handle most work-related issues, but exercise good judgment on when to request support.

Responsibilities

• Own small-scale projects from concept to implementation.
• Resolve engineering issues with minimal assistance.
• Develop testing protocols and execute them.
• Create QA matrices and Bills of Materials for a single product or production activity.
• Work with vendors to establish quality expectations and obtain costing.
• Contribute on larger-scale engineering projects.
• Operate in a support role to develop new products generated.
