Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read prints and manuals, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise all operations in their island to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments to execute objectives and schedules.
• Train Operators and ensure materials and tools are available to minimize downtime.
