Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience through coursework or work is acceptable per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Create and evaluate design ideas considering form, function, cost, and manufacturability.
• Develop design improvement concepts.
• Design components to meet industry, customer, and cost requirements.
• Define engineering materials, production costs, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate in cross-functional product development efforts.
• Support project tracking and provide technical assistance across departments.
• Work effectively both independently and as a team.
• Interpret engineering drawings and relevant specifications.
• Uphold Positronic's standards of integrity, quality, and operational excellence.
• Identify hazards and report them to management and/or the safety coordinator.
• Collaborate with EHS and Quality to meet regulatory and AS9100 standards.
