Mi-Tech is seeking a Design Engineer, Geostructural, to design temporary and permanent structures for utility, infrastructure, and heavy civil projects. You will develop calculation submittals, create design and shop drawings, and support bids and pursuits through preliminary evaluations and analyses.
The role requires a Civil Engineering background (0–2 years), proficiency in Excel, Mathcad, AutoCAD, and Finite Element Analysis, with FE exam completion preferred.

In your role as a geostructural engineer at Mi‑Tech, you’ll design a wide variety of temporary and permanent structures associated with the construction of utility, infrastructure and heavy civil projects. Primary job responsibilities include developing calculation submittals, developing design and shop drawings, and supporting project pursuits and bids through preliminary evaluations and analyses. Additional tasks include supporting other engineers, communicating and coordinating with design and field teams, and providing support to senior engineers with other assigned duties.
