Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is offering a Design Engineer Student Experience program in Bismarck, ND. The opportunity supports freshmen to seniors through co‑op (8 months) or internship (4 months) structures, with placements across multiple Doosan facilities and teams.

Participants will gain hands-on experience on real-world projects, working with cross‑functional teams and senior engineers to advance product designs and learn engineering processes, including Creo and ECN/BOM workflows.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Full-time commitment for 8 months (co-op) or 4 months (internship).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create/modify parts and drawings using Creo.
• Update ECNs and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Support prototype builds, testing, and maintenance.
• Analyze test results to improve designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address design challenges.
• Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements.
