Doosan Bobcat NA US is offering a Test Engineer Student Experience position in Bismarck, ND as part of our summer 2027 intake. This role provides hands-on testing, data analysis, and prototype work within a global manufacturing environment.

Students will work on real-world projects, gain exposure to corporate and production functions, and develop professional skills during the 8‑month co‑op or 4‑month internship. Meet engineering majors, maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, and commit to the full term.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in Engineering program with 1 of listed majors; GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Commit to 8-month co-op or 4-month internship; full-time/co-op immersion.
• MS Office proficiency required (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Drafting software knowledge (ProE/Creo or SolidWorks) preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; travel <10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop tests to evaluate functionality and performance.
• Determine and test components and loading conditions.
• Set up experiments and operate machines/simulators.
• Record, analyze data and report findings.
• Build or revise prototypes per design changes.
• Conduct fatigue tests and specifications testing on models.
