Doosan Bobcat NA US is offering an Electrical Engineer Student Experience for Spring 2027 in Bismarck, ND. The program supports Co‑op and Internship tracks, designed to apply classroom learning to real-world projects within our Product Engineering teams.

Co‑ops span 8 months as full‑time roles; internships are semester‑long, part‑time with potential extensions. This hands‑on program lets students gain experience across Doosan Bobcat functions while contributing to sustainable engineering

Qualifications

• Freshman–Senior standing pursuing Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Willing to commit full-time for 8 months (co-op) or 4 months (internship).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Interest in sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and sustaining schematics and harnesses for systems using software tools.
• Assist in building prototype machines for new and sustaining systems.
• Participate in quality assurance activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Perform quality analysis for system and component improvements.
• Develop troubleshooting skills using machine operation, schematics and measurement tools.
