Qualifications

• 0-8 years related design experience, plastics and/or sheet metal preferred.
• Experience bringing new products into mass production.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD design tools (SolidWorks/Creo).

Responsibilities

• Design parts, accessories and cab systems from concept to production meeting specifications, budget and time.
• Prepare preliminary and production sketches, prints and schematic diagrams to aid problem solving.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to gather design feedback and ensure manufacturability.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and analyze field and production issues for solutions.
