We're looking for a Senior Wire Harness Design Engineer to lead harness routing, packaging, and integration in next-gen electric vehicles. This is your chance to shape systems that drive innovation, quality, and sustainability.

What You'll Do:

• Own 3D CAD harness designs and maintain BOM in PLM (3DExperience preferred).
• Collaborate with schematic and mechanical teams for optimal routing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and quality teams on DFM, reworks, and validations.
• Drive documentation, rework instructions, and issue triage across engineering.
• Contribute to world-class EV design — with up to 20% travel.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in wire harness design.
• Expertise in 3DExperience Electrical Workbench & harness development.
• Deep understanding of harness packaging, manufacturing, and debugging.
• Bonus: Knowledge of plastics/metals/rubber parts for harnesses.
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
