Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in Palo Alto to connect with customers, design products for living spaces, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

You will greet clients, guide them through Lovesac’s offerings, and close sales while representing the brand with integrity and energy. The role includes working during peak times and using CRM tools to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process and maintaining a strong quote pipeline.
• Drive loyalty and advocacy by building genuine connections and ensuring excellent service.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity to uncover needs and close sales.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to deliver a fun, engaging experience and meaningful education.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through confident decision-making and disciplined execution.
