Design Within Reach in Cambridge, MA, seeks an entry-level Sales Assistant to support daily store operations, assist clients, and learn our product lines. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales support, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising in a creative environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help maintain the store's visual presentation and product displays.
• Assist with inventory of marketing materials, swatches, and office supplies.
• Learn about our products and design principles through training and team meetings.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide helpful, friendly service.
