Qualifications

- Experience with general repairs and maintenance preferred.
- Basic technical education beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sign installation/removal and litter removal.
- Snow removal and pressure washing as directed.
- Represent the company in case of accidents within the facility.
- Coordinate with property security as required for parking-related issues.
- Assist with repair of broken gate arms.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Track and manage equipment and supplies.
