Responsibilities

• Own long-term design vision and strategy for resilient/laminate categories.
• Develop category roadmaps aligned with trends and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Manufacturing, and Sourcing teams.
• Lead, coach and develop category collection designers.
