Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Textile Design, or related field.
• 5+ years product design experience.
• Strong portfolio with track record of leadership.
• AVA CAD/CAM skills are desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy for the Residential Resilient & Laminate categories.
• Develop category roadmaps and product platforms across brands and channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Manufacturing, and Sourcing teams.
• Drive time-to-market, design innovation, and consistent brand language across collections.
