  • Lead and support portfolio reviews, line reviews, customer presentations, strategic planning sessions, and go‑to‑market discussions.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners, gather meaningful feedback, and create alignment around product direction and priorities.
  • Develop a working knowledge of hard‑surface flooring products, construction, manufacturing, and technical considerations to effectively support customers, Sales partners, and product development.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Product Design, Textile Design, Industrial Design, Marketing, Consumer Insights, or a related field.
  • Two to five years of professional experience in product design, interior design, trend research, portfolio strategy, merchandising, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of color, design trends, consumer preferences, and brand positioning.
  • Ability to translate research, customer feedback, market observations, and consumer insights into actionable design and product recommendations.
  • Confidence presenting ideas and recommendations to customers, Sales teams, internal partners, senior leaders, and groups of varying sizes.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings, market visits, product reviews, and industry events and work in the office 4 days per week.
