Job summary

Webcor, a leader in design/build, is seeking a Technical Project Architect to lead the technical and design process from Design Development through Construction and Occupancy. You will collaborate with the Owner’s Design Architect to deliver comprehensive design documentation and ensure the project meets quality standards and client objectives.

The role requires a Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience in design development, consultant management, and construction oversight.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with at least 10 years of industry experience as a technical architect.
• Proven experience in technical design development and managing design consultants.
• Prior experience managing construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and design process from Design Development through Construction and Occupancy.
• Partner with the Owner’s Design Architect to provide design documentation throughout the project.
• Coordinate with BIM/VDC teams and provide technical guidance for bids and tenders.
• Ensure effective communication between Designers, Construction team, and client representatives.
