Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete RFPs and RFQs with key narratives and team coordination.
• Produce high-quality marketing collateral and manage submittals.
• Develop interview decks, project tear sheets, resumes, and bios.
• Support maintenance of CRM system and manage award submissions.
• Coordinate speaker panel submissions for national conferences.
