Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, or development.
• Strong design sensibility across interiors, materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
• Experience managing consultants, vendors, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Proficiency with construction documents and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with AI design tools is a plus.
