EnVogue International in New York is seeking a Design Director – Home Textiles to lead the creative direction for bedding, pillows and other soft home categories. You will manage the design process from concept through production, building trend-right collections that align with retailers and market demands.

• 10+ years of textile or product design experience within bedding, decorative pillows, or related home textile categories.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of designers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original textile designs, prints, patterns, and collections.
• Experience developing products for major retailers and mass-market customers.
• Strong understanding of color, textiles, materials, construction, and retail merchandising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with CAD and textile design tools.
• Strong creative vision, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

About the Role

As Design Director – Home Textiles, you will lead the creative direction and design development of bedding, decorative pillows, and other soft home categories. This is a hands‑on creative leadership role combining textile design, product development, merchandising, and team management.
