Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Design Manager to oversee the end-to-end design across multiple data-center builds. You will coordinate design deliverables, consultants, and review cycles under one operating model and drive design timelines across sites.

You will run the design review process to ensure constructability and conformance while maintaining cost discipline. The role requires collaboration with field teams and external design partners to accelerate delivery and scale."

Qualifications

• Led design management on large industrial or mission critical programs with multiple firms in flight.
• Able to drive aggressive, yet realistic, schedules with external design firms.
• Able to read across disciplines to catch cross-discipline gaps reviewers miss.
• Built review processes that improved package quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management across the build portfolio, handling design deliverables, consultants, and review cycles.
• Set design schedules per site and manage architects and engineers to avoid costly slips.
• Operate the design review machine to ensure constructability, cost, and reference-design conformance.
• Own the interface between design and field, feeding design fixes through RFIs.
