Job summary

Oradeo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Design Coordinator for a leading construction contractor based in Dublin. The successful candidate will coordinate architectural and engineering information, manage submittals and procurement schedules, and support the delivery of projects with site teams, design consultants and subcontractors.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Design Coordinator/Design Manager, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Navisworks and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience in a Design Coordinator/Design Manager role.
• Satisfactory experience coordinating with architects, engineers and site teams.
• Experience on Commercial, Residential, Data Centre or Industrial projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Navisworks and document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural and engineering information and manage submittals.
• Prepare and maintain the project Information Schedule.
• Issue information requirements to architects/engineers per contract programme.
• Monitor Information Schedule progress and resolve issues with project teams.
• Manage procurement tracking in line with contract programme.
• Coordinate and manage technical submittal processes for project elements.
• Track and update status of submissions and approvals.
• Respond to queries and ensure accurate recording of communications.
• Support site teams and subcontractors to deliver on time.
