Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to join their Digital Project Delivery Team. This hybrid role requires collaboration with commercial teams and project directors, ensuring compliance and achieving project objectives. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in a similar role and a degree in Engineering or Design. Strong knowledge of Navisworks and Revit is essential. PE Global are delighted to be working with our client, a leading Building and Fit out contractor based in Dublin 17, and we are now currently seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to work in our high-performance operations department. This role will be working with commercial teams, contracts manager, clients, design teams and project directors.

This is a full time, permanent position operating under a hybrid working model with an excellent remuneration package including a company vehicle/car allowance.

REPORTING TO: BIM Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a BIM Coordinator to join our Digital Project Delivery Team.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Project Information Manager & Project Team to achieve the project objectives.
• Collaborating with the wider team and support the Project Information Manager with implementation of project standards, methods and procedures in accordance with ISO 19650 Part 1 & 2: 2018
• Ensure compliance with the client requirements as set out in the Project Exchange Information Requirements to ensure all project milestones are met on time and to the expected standards.
• Implement and maintain digital plans on the project including the BIM Execution plan and Asset Management Plan.
• Federating digital information received by Task Teams and prepare clash detection, data verification and model health check reports ensuring that the project modelling requirements are being met and communicate the issues identified to Design / Construction Lead and individual Task Teams.
• Support the Design / Construction Lead for the coordination and management of Task Teams digital information models.
• Develop and execute an overall BIM Coordination Schedule in line with the construction sequence to be used in BIM Coordination workshops and at project milestones.
• Review and oversee the production of Task Teams as-built drawings and models.

Qualifications:

• Preferably 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Degree in an Engineering or Design related subject.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks and Revit, other BIM software is desirable.
