Job summary

Porcelanosa is seeking a Design Consultant for a temporary position with potential for full-time. You will advise clients on tile, bath, and kitchen selections, create CAD-based design plans, and build long-term showroom relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a design consulting or sales role.
• Previous sales experience in high-end or luxury retail is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with proven ability to close sales.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert design advice on color, texture, lighting, and layout, and recommend products within budget.
• Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Keep showroom organized and visually appealing, manage inventory and ordering.
• Stay current on design trends and product offerings.
• Handle showroom calls; document and resolve customer complaints.
• Quote prices, prepare proposals, and provide sale/delivery information.
• Consult with customers in showroom to assess needs and propose tile, bath, and kitchen products.
• Create design plans and presentations using CAD software with accurate pricing.
