Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on design elements such as color, texture, lighting, and layout, and make product recommendations within budget.
• Build relationships with customers to establish long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing and ensure products are displayed and stocked; manage inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Stay up to date on design trends and product offerings.
• Handle showroom calls and document/process customer complaints.
• Quote prices, prepare proposals, and provide information regarding sale and delivery.
• Consult with customers in the showroom to assess design needs and recommend tile, bath, and kitchen products; create design plans and presentations using CAD software.
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
