The role requires collaboration with Builders and internal teams, with weekend coverage as part of the schedule. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or related experience preferred.
• Prior homebuilder design experience strongly desired.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technology.
• Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow up effectively.
• Confidence in setting clear expectations and resolving potential conflicts.
• Creative problem-solver with a team-oriented attitude and high integrity.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work with a sense of urgency when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized design experience for every homebuyer.
• Guide customers in making interior selections that align with their style and budget.
• Create and enter design selection packages, including detailed drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with Builders and internal teams to ensure all features, options, and upgrades are accurate.
• Partner with vendors to review new products and stay current on design trends.
