Job summary

KP, an individual contributor role, manages all phases of design and construction for basic projects up to $25 million under guidance from senior PMs. You will coordinate facility personnel, project staff, general contractors, and consultants to establish scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining commitments through design, construction, and close-out.

You will support design stages of medical and regional facilities, compare development schemes economically, review invoices and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in project management.

Responsibilities

• Fosters relationships, shares resources, seeks feedback, and adapts to change.
• Completes work using up-to-date knowledge, meets deadlines, follows procedures.
• Manages small projects or components with oversight, tracks finances.
• Leads project team members and assigns tasks, secures resources.
• Supports management of project issues and risks.
• Ensures policy adherence to KP and department policies.
• Provides ongoing project support and real-time scheduling/budget updates.
