Construction Resources, Ltd. is seeking a Design Center Coordinator to lead the client experience from arrival through handoff and follow-up. The role blends hospitality, sales instinct, product knowledge, and operational precision to drive a high-touch journey.

The coordinator acts as the client’s advocate and the team’s connector, ensuring accurate information, timely follow-ups, and disciplined post-visit communication to support conversions and project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the building industry and/or consultative sales environment.
• Ability to manage complex projects and guide high-expectation clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients during initial engagement and early project stages.
• Welcome, qualify, and establish rapport with clients upon arrival, understanding project scope and outcomes.
• Coordinate introductions to Category Consultants or Product Specialists and ensure smooth handoffs.
