Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent role within construction, with a focus on design-build.
• Experience in site management, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and overseeing schedules/budgets.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder liaison.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with construction management software packages.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from planning to completion.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and specialists to implement design plans.
• Supervising on-site teams to ensure high standards and safety compliance.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
