Koncept Garage in Austin, TX is seeking a Design-Build Sales Consultant who can sit with homeowners, understand their vision, and translate it into a buildable plan and a compelling proposal. This is not a traditional sales role; you will guide clients from initial idea through design, planning, and a signed proposal, ensuring promises align with reality and profitability.

You will collaborate with an interior designer and manage pricing and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience selling customized residential projects.
• Ability to build trust quickly and ask thoughtful questions.
• Field measurement, scoping, or estimating experience.
• Strong pricing discipline around margin and scope.
• Leadership potential and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the homeowner experience from first alignment to signed proposal.
• Lead onsite consultations to capture space usage and conditions.
• Partner with interior designer to create space plans and 3D renderings.
• Assemble profitable proposals in JobTread reflecting priorities.
• Guide clients through design and proposal, addressing revisions thoughtfully.
• Deliver clear handoffs to operations with promised outcomes.
• Maintain pipeline and follow-up so homeowners know next steps.
