This client-facing role focuses on building relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and referral partners while guiding clients from initial consultation to signed contract.

You’ll manage discovery, coordinate with design and engineering teams, present budgets, and ensure a smooth handoff to construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential construction, preconstruction, or sales.
• Experience with homeowners, architects, designers, or clients.
• Proven ability to develop relationships that generate new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organization and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners and partners.

• Maintain a sales pipeline using Pipedrive.
• Serve as the primary contact through preconstruction.
