HDR Remodeling is seeking a Remodeling Sales Advisor in Emeryville to guide clients through early remodeling stages and close high-quality projects. You will qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls and in-home assessments, present design agreements, and work with the design team for seamless handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential remodeling, construction sales, or design-related services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and understand project scopes.
• Comfortable using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.
• Conduct discovery calls and in-home consultations to assess needs and feasibility.
• Present and close design agreements aligned with HDR’s process.
• Collaborate with the design team for smooth handoffs and clear scope/budget communication.
• Maintain lead and pipeline tracking in CRM (HubSpot/Buildertrend).
• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with HDR’s offerings, budget, and timeline.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and advance opportunities.
• Support efforts to hit sales and design agreement goals toward the $8M revenue target.
