Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. is seeking a Design-Build Project Manager with a Licensed Mechanical PE in Florida to oversee all phases of design-build projects from concept to completion.

The role requires leadership, strong project management, and collaboration with design teams, contractors, and clients to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives while maintaining high performance standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or related field).
• Licensed Mechanical PE in Florida.
• Minimum 5 years of design-build project management experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Superior verbal and written skills; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scope, schedule, and budget to meet milestones.
• Review designs for compliance with codes and regulations; ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Supervise construction activities and monitor site progress with adherence to plans.
• Serve as primary client contact; communicate updates and manage expectations.
• Lead project teams; delegate tasks and mentor staff.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid delays or overruns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, codes, and energy/environmental regulations.
• Maintain records and submit progress and financial reports to management and clients.
