Job summary

MBA Energy & Industrial, LLC is seeking a Design Project Manager to lead design initiatives from concept to construction completion within an integrated design-build environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 8+ years of experience under a licensed architect, with proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Word, and Excel. Travel across the U.S. may be required to support field coordination and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required).
• Minimum 8 years of professional design experience under a licensed architect.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from schematic design through construction documentation and completion.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including internal architects, engineers, and construction teams.
• Translate design concepts into buildable, accurate construction documents that meet all codes and project requirements.
• Oversee production of drawings, specifications, and submittals while ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
• Review applicable codes and ensure design compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Participate in design reviews, constructability assessments, and value-engineering discussions.
• Provide ongoing support to construction teams during the build phase, ensuring design intent is maintained.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Travel to project sites across the U.S. as needed to support field coordination and client engagement.
